The reason I chose this book is my younger brother likes a ballon.

I'd like to summarize about this story.
This book's hero Kipper and his familly go shopping.
When they arrived destination, his father go to the toilet.
When ending his toilet, he saw a ballon, he thought, "This ballon is Kipper's!"
He runs after this ballon, but it is not possible to catch up this ballon easily.
He running a long distance to catch up this ballon.
Finally, he could get this ballon. When he found his son KIpper, He said...

I recommend this book because this book is a little thrill Kipper's father chasing the ballon.
